I don't want a building to take me 7hrs or have to pay real money to make it go faster, I just want the building to be built almost right away once I have the necessary resources. Lastly, having it take forever to build buildings is highly annoying. Another is clicking/tapping on coins/money symbols to get your money/resources, which I also don't want to do since it used to be that you assigned a tax collector or forager e.t.c. One is that after every meager accomplishment it asks you to share to Facebook/Twitter e.t.c.
Preferably something free, phone games are ok, but my main annoyance with all these types of games in the past 5yrs or so have a couple problems. Ok, so this might not exactly be a Tycoon request but I couldn't find a sub that I thought fit the category of city building combined with a little warfare.
